Serge Lemonde

Serge Lemonde Born January 5 (1945-) Saint-Hyacinthe, is a hyperrealist painter from Quebec. It was the subject of a major retrospective, accompanied by a catalog, at the Musée du Bas-Saint-Laurent in 2002. Since the 1960s, art critics (Claude Jasmin, Michael Ballantyne, Yves Robillard, Normand Thériault, Lawrence Sabbath, Marie-Michele Cron, Mona Hakim and Henri Lehmann) and art historians (Guy Robert, Francine Girard, Serge Allaire, Charles Bourget and Jean De Julio-Paquin) commented on his work.
